Qualifications and Experience

Jones Edmunds professionals have provided strategic environmental fatal flaw planning services to the commercial aerospace industry for the siting and construction of new and refurbished launch sites and support/manufacturing facilities. This support includes complex issues such as Section 4(f) for potential impacts to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and Canaveral National Seashore, as well as potential Section 408 impacts for overflight of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Jones Edmunds has over 25 years of spaceport experience including horizontal launch and landing master planning and tenant explosive siting at KSC’s Shuttle Landing Facility (SLF). We have over a decade of planning and design experience working for Space Florida on Exploration Park at KSC and recently at the SLF.
