Gretchen Loyd

“At Jones Edmunds, we are true to our core values. We are a company of high integrity, which makes my job in human resources very comfortable and easy. We are always trying to improve and communicate better, and we love getting feedback from our people.”

Meet Gretchen! She is the Human Resources Director and has been with our firm for 5 years with over 20 years of past experience in human resources. She earned her Bachelor’s in Marketing from Syracuse University, and obtained her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She joined the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional and stays up-to-date on workforce trends, solidifying her credibility as a HR leader.

Cool Projects: I have been working on the Success Measures project for about two years now. It has encompassed getting feedback from our associates about what makes them the most successful in their roles. It helps us all be accountable for each other so we can operate effectively and achieve our goals as a company.

Fun Fact: I can run for a really long time, I figure I’m in a good position for the Zombie Apocalypse. I’ve run 20 marathons, and I’ve run the Boston Marathon 3 times.
