Local Officials’ Good Deeds Often Go Unnoticed

County Commissioners do positive things in their Counties every day. Many of these contributions go unknown or unrecognized and here is a great example of one such good deed:

The Escambia County Commission has a program that recognizes the Centenarians in their community. On Saturday, March 13th, Commissioner Grover Robinson attended the 100th birthday celebration for Mrs. Juanita Bottoms and read the proclamation approved by the Escambia County BOCC on May 4th.

Mrs. Bottoms is the cousin of FAC Corporate Partner Jones Edmunds’ Representative, Terri Lowery.

Lowery said, “Commissioner Robinson’s attendance was greatly appreciated by the family and it added so much to this very special occasion.”
