Rick joined Jones Edmunds in 1999 and serves as the President and CEO. He has served public and private clients in site planning, geometric design, paving and drainage, water and sewer design, airfield improvements, intermodal rail design, and port planning and design, and he has a comprehensive background in horizontal construction administration and certification procedures. Today Rick’s dedication to our Associates and our clients is exemplified by his support of resource needs, contracting, and QA/QC and his commitment to servant leadership.
