Chelsea serves as a Professional Engineer in our Tampa office. As a part of the Water Resources department, she assists with projects ranging from stormwater master plans & regional stormwater modeling to assisting municipalities with their Community Rating System (CRS). Chelsea has over four years of combined experience in the private and public sectors. She is passionate about assisting and informing residents about their flood risk and how to mitigate that risk in the future.
