Chuck is a Project Manager in our Utilities Discipline with extensive water and wastewater engineering experience in both the consulting and public sectors. He has managed municipal infrastructure projects from preliminary design through construction, including potable water distribution systems, force mains, lift station rehabilitation, and wastewater treatment facilities. His expertise includes FDEP permitting, hydraulic modeling, trenchless installation methods, and coordination with municipalities, regulatory agencies, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
