Thy Do specializes in stormwater surface, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, field investigations, and floodplain studies. She has served as a project manager or technical lead on many watershed management plans in Florida. She is highly skilled at applying GIS and computer models in watershed planning and alternative analysis. She also has experience in civil site development including design and permitting of stormwater facilities, utilities, roadway improvements, and stormwater regulatory review.
