Celebrating Leadership Development!

John F. Kennedy once said, “leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” Understanding the interdependent relationship between the two concepts, Jones Edmunds/JEACES established an annual Leadership Development program in 2012 – developed out of our strategic planning process.

Congratulations to this year’s participants – Kelly Flowers, Elizabeth Kennelley, Sean Menard, Fernando Paredes, Brian Rosenfeld and Donald (Scooter) Sheldon. These individuals were selected based on their aptitude for leadership and the roles and responsibilities in which they serve. They will complete a nine-month program that reinforces servant leadership, promotes our performance expectations, and cultivates behaviors consistent with our values – integrity, knowledge, and service, while performing their usual job functions. Classes begin next week; with the Jones Edmunds Engineering Rocks’ podcast on leadership serving as the precursor event.

Highly acclaimed author, business consultant, workshop facilitator, keynote speaker and executive coach John Spence will share his thoughts on “Lessons in Leadership” tomorrow, February 2nd at 1 p.m. For more than 22 years, he traveled worldwide helping people and businesses be more successful. His clientele list includes numerous Fortune 500 firms – ranging from small to medium-sized businesses, professional associations, and other organizations around the globe. More recently, John Spence was recognized as the Top 200 Biggest Voices in Leadership to Watch for in 2022 by leadersHum, a free community of global leaders, thinkers and coaches.

“It is an honor and a privilege to hear from one of the top business and leadership experts in the world, John Spence, as he kicks off our 10th annual Leadership Development program by joining us on our podcast,” says Managing Director and Senior Vice President Ken Vogel. “Not only will this leadership development class benefit from the insight and information shared, but so will everyone who attends.”

The Engineering Rocks podcast is open to all Associates and the general public. Email Marketing@JonesEdmunds.com to request a Zoom invitation.
