Jones Edmunds Selected as a Finalist for the Chamber’s Business of the Year Awards

Jones Edmunds is excited to announce that we have been selected as a finalist for the Greater Gainesville Chamber’s Business of the Year Awards for the category of Commitment to the Environment.

Established in 1974, Jones Edmunds is a Florida-based, multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consulting firm, focused on serving the needs of local governments. We work to restore Florida’s natural beauty and improve its sustainability. One of our trademark water quality projects, Sweetwater Branch/Paynes Prairie Sheetflow Restoration (pictured above) for the City of Gainesville, restores 250+ acres of natural ecosystems and preserves one of the world-class wetlands of North Florida. Today, the public has direct access to enjoy its natural beauty and wildlife. Jones Edmunds works to make the world a better place by making communities safer and sustainable for generations to come.

This year’s winners will be announced at the Business Awards ceremony on Dec. 1st at the Curtis M. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, 315 Hull Road.
