We are 100% employee owned.
Since we were founded in 1974, we have been privately held by Associates within the firm. Being 100% employee-owned positions us to make decisions based on our core values of integrity, knowledge, and service.
We invest in the health and safety of our Associates.

Jones Edmunds benefits package includes 401K matching medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; and focuses on work/life balance. We also offer a wellness program that helps our staff remain healthy, resulting in a healthier and happier workforce.

Jones Edmunds has a dedicated Safety and Training Specialist, Mike Rickman, CRCMP, who oversees all our in-house safety efforts.

We are committed to making communities safer.

As a Top 500 Design firm ranked by Engineering
News-Record and a Top 200 Environmental firm in the
United States we have the expertise to make our
communities safer.

KNOWLEDGE

We always strive to grow.
Matthew Morse, PE, Jones Edmunds’ Engineer, had an article published in the SWANA Florida Sunshine Chapter’s newsletter.
Brett Cunningham, Senior Vice President, received the inaugural Jim Hunt Volunteer Service Award at the 2022 Florida Stormwater Association (FSA) Summer Conference.
We encourage knowledge sharing and support growth.

Jones Edmunds believes in fostering training and professional development
opportunities. We also offer continued education courses through our very own Jones Edmunds University.

At Jones Edmunds, we work to remain up to date on industry and local information. During the pandemic, we created a podcast, Engineering Rocks,to share initiatives and developments that allow us to stay connected to our communities. We also created an internal publication, the Jones Edmunds Courier, which delivers news to our Associates every quarter.

We are committed to sustainability efforts.

Jones Edmunds is working to create a resilient Florida one
community at a time. We are a founding member of Resiliency Florida, promote the use of the Envision Sustainability rating system, and have completed vulnerability assessments for numerous communities across the State.

A recurring theme is our focus on natural processes and emerging green technologies that restore the world’s ecosystems. We worked with New River Solid Waste Association to make Florida’s first renewable natural gas pipeline.

Jones Edmunds is committed to increasing the participation of minority, small, or disadvantaged business enterprises by allocating work to subconsultants. Jones Edmunds served as a mentor to
Drummond Carpenter, PLLC in the NASA Mentor-Protégé Program by providing the necessary training, guidance, and resources to them.

This first-of-its-kind partnership received the Kennedy Space Center Mentor-Protégé of the Year Award by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Office of Small Business Programs.
