John is an Engineer in our Water Resources department. He assists with watershed master plans, FDEP Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Plans, and regional stormwater modeling. He has assisted with model development and deliverable reviews in all phases of watershed management programs, including Watershed Evaluation, Floodplain Analysis, Level of Service Determination, and Best Management Practices (BMP) Alternative Analysis with a focus on water quality improvements.
