Alan Altman specializes in solid waste management, government relations, project management, and budget/contract management. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Civil/Environmental Discipline. He previously served Clay County and retired as the Environmental Service Director after 32 years, where he oversaw all solid waste operations.
