Daniel Simpson is a Client Solutions Leader for our Public Works Discipline. He is an experienced municipal engineer and public works leader with more than a decade of service in Florida communities. Known for his practical leadership and strong client focus, Daniel brings a deep understanding of municipal needs and delivers solutions that are efficient, resilient, and grounded in real-world operations. Before joining Jones Edmunds, Daniel served as Oldsmar’s Director of Public Works and City Engineer, overseeing capital projects, stormwater and utility operations, and long-term infrastructure planning. His background also includes engineering roles with the City of Clearwater and the Suwannee River Water Management District.
