Human Resources Director
Ginger Hamner specializes in employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee recruitment and retention, and Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity compliance. She plans, directs, and manages all human resources initiatives, and oversees staff operations and budget development of Human Resources programs. She served on the Commission for Keystone Heights for many years, which includes several years as Vice Mayor.
Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources and Labor Relations, University of North Florida

Ginger is often found spending time on her farm with her husband and horses and loves bringing old furniture back to it’s former glory.
