Jamila Morrison specializes in construction documentation, contracts, funding compliance, and quality assurance/quality control. She oversees all construction projects within the company to ensure they are completed according to Jones Edmunds’ standard procedures and with any compliance items from Funding Agreements. She is experienced with construction contracts and familiar with the Engineers’ Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) standard contracts. Additionally, she helps with funding coordination and compliance with grant agreements. She has worked with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Water Management Districts, as well as has experience managing funding from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) State Revolving Fund (SRF).
