Ken Fraser specializes in the design, permitting, construction, and senior-level quality assurance of various water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater projects. He has managed the design and installation of gravity, vacuum, and low-pressure sewer systems; lift stations; and roadway and drainage system improvements for projects ranging from single parcels to facilities that serve hundreds of residential and commercial properties.
