Mark Nelson has extensive experience supporting the water resource, utility, and asset management related needs of clients throughout Florida. He brings innovative approaches to environmental infrastructure challenges and has led the preliminary evaluation through final design of several large water quality and water supply related projects. He also helps lead our asset management related efforts through the implementation of Cityworks
