He has successfully led the evaluation, design, and construction phases of numerous water, wastewater, reclaimed, and biosolids engineering projects throughout his career. He has been the project manager and/or engineer of record for water and wastewater planning, program, design, and construction projects ranging from 0.10 to 100 million gallons per day.
