Tracy Dayton specializes in the development of and application of hydrologic and hydraulic models to access and solve flooding and water quality issues. He has extensive experience with GIS data developement, field data collection, floodplain mapping, alternatives development and analysis. His experience also includes stormwater design, permitting, and regulatory review.
