This prestigious award is given to inspiring and innovative professionals under the age of 40 whose work in the waste, recycling and organics industry has made a significant contribution to the industry.
A leader and pioneer in the solid waste industry, Tobin has demonstrated his commitment and passion for revolutionizing the solid waste industry. He has served as the engineer of record for major landfill construction projects that focused on providing lasting value for Florida municipalities by using innovative design approaches to landfill operation including leachate recirculation, exposed geomembrane cover closure, and bioreactor landfill operation.
