The most effective leaders recognize that leadership is not about them, and that the success of their people fuels their success. Servant leaders constantly try to find out what their people need to succeed. They want to make a difference in the lives of their people and, in the process, benefit the organization. When team members believe their leader has their best interests at heart, performance improves by leaps and bounds. The Jones Edmunds and JEACES Leadership Development program –established from the 2011 strategic planning process, is based on the tenets of Servant Leadership.
Jones Edmunds and JEACES are pleased to announce the 2023 Leadership Development Class – Tracy Dayton, Jen Franco, Matt O’Brien, and Jamie Bell. These individuals were selected based on their aptitude for leadership and the roles and responsibilities in which they serve. They will complete a nine-month program that reinforces servant leadership, promotes our performance expectations, and cultivates behaviors consistent with our values – integrity, knowledge, and service. Classes will commence next week.
