Jones Edmunds provides water-quality reporting services for three Highlands County solid waste facilities. We process and review field data, laboratory data, and ADaPT files and prepare groundwater contour maps for the quarterly and semiannual water-quality reports for each facility and prepare quarterly leachate reports for the Highlands County Solid Waste Management Center. We also prepared technical reports and permit renewal packages for the landfill cells and are helping the County with a compliance issue at the leachate treatment plant.
