Jones Edmunds is designing and permitting the Phase VI Class I landfill infill at the North Central Landfill. This highly complex design and construction project includes excavating and relocating 30,000 cubic yards of hurricane debris, modifying the subgrade GCCS, a double geogrid system for control of differential settlement in the liner system over a closed Class III landfill, dual pump stations with submersible and above grade pumps, and a ballast design.
