Since 2006, Jones Edmunds has actively supported SJCPW with their efforts to continuously advance technology to support asset management and data-driven decision-making. Jones Edmunds has supported SJCPW with Cityworks re-tooling, interface enhancements, reports, dashboards, and training. Jones Edmunds recently overhauled the Public Works Cityworks database to optimize work order templates, categories, and custom fields and incorporate universal custom fields to track special programs and other critical data. Now, current managers can query, dashboard, and report on the entire work order history with new criteria for improved analysis.
