Jones Edmunds was selected to support a cloud-based Cityworks and Enterprise GIS implementation. The project included a utility-wide review of business processes and GIS data, workflow discovery meetings with departments across the organization, and implementing standardized workflow processes throughout each of the Authority’s operational areas. Subsequent phases included expanding the initial implementation to additional assets including wastewater collections and water/wastewater vertical assets (plants, pump stations, lift stations), as well as integrations with FKAA’s AVL and utility locate systems.
