During the early stages of construction, the Contractor encountered existing buried structures. The City, Contractor, and Jones Edmunds performed value engineering and reduced the impact to the City and project budget by ~$1M.
Description:
Jones Edmunds provided design, permitting, and bidding and construction-phase engineering services for the Master Lift Station. This project included complete replacement of the existing lift station, sized to handle a peak flow of 15.87 MGD.
