This master plan identifies septic areas to convert to sewer, develops logical boundaries for individual projects, establishes the number of equivalent residential units (ERUs) and assigns a sewer demand for each area, establishes environmental and financial criteria for ranking project areas, and estimates total project costs for the program.
Description:
Jones Edmunds identified wastewater transmission and treatment facilities improvements and/or expansions. The evaluation focused on current system requirements and full system build-out. We developed a flexible plan that can be phased over time to allow the County to address variable population growth and evaluate available revenues and funding sources that become available.
